My name is Mike and I currently live in San Diego. My family and I moved from Vancouver, Canada in 1993 to California when everyone else was making an exodus to other states. Following Warren Buffet's advice on "buying when everyone is selling" I was able to take advantage of the slowing real estate market by purchasing several properties. Over the past years my family and I have been rewarded financially on our investments.

My goal has always been and will be real estate investments but the door is always open to other opportunities that make business sense.
