I would actually say yes on that question. In sweden it is socialism that rules. We have entitlement programs for almost everything. Working in sweden is really stupid to be honest, because you can earn more by just getting grants from the goverment.

If you play your cards right in sweden you can get social grants (approx $600 a month doing nothing particular in return), you can recieve sick grants, you can recieve insurance grants. All of them requiring you only to send in a paper or two with some insurances that the information is correct. In sweden we have many people actually cheating on the insurance grants (many of them parents and normal families wanting to fill the coffers a little extra. Not because they need to, but because it is a simple fix).

The fun thing about sweden is that the goverment encourages entrepreneurialism in public, but stops it behind the curtains.

So, yes, if this "entitlement" crap continues (as I am certain it will), then capitalism will die. Even in the USA, the heart of capitalsim (once).

China seems to become the new Mecka for capitalism. That place seems to be hardcore on that.
