The thing is that capitalism isn't supposed to be restructured by the goverment, it is supposed to be restructured by the market itself (the free market). In a real capitalistic society the weak is removed and the strong live another day. If you mess up you are out. In a social system, you help the weak and good for nothing and crush the strong. I can't see the value in that.
