Even Google has to deal with banking and governmental regs ... but they do control their revenue model and the pricing of such.  No one can come in and say &quot;We&#039;ve decided to change&quot;.</description>

If you receive the money via PayPal, PayPal is the driver because of the fees. If you cash your check at the bank, bank is the driver. And at the end, you pay the taxes, the Government is the driver.

That&#039;s why I don&#039;t try to become the driver in every aspect, but I diversify !
