I'm wondering, do you guys buy your books or heck them out at the library?

My wife tells me I should just borrow books. For me I take some pride in building my own library.

What do you guys do?

I do the same, I buy my books, I'd rather keep them for future reference, maybe you should buy them used so you'll get them much cheaper!

Thats how I found Trumps "Art of The Comeback". I didnt realize what a deal you could get at Amazon. I got a used hardcover and it looks like new. Even the cover is in good shape.

I buy about half used, half new.

I'm a half.com fan.

I prefer to build up a solid library. I do one day wish to have one room solely dedicated to my books. Floor to ceiling bookshelves. My room as it is is stacked with em. I am proud to say I have read each and every one of them at least twice.

Goodwill, FTW

Still gotta use Half.com or Amazon to get some of the titles like "The Top 10 Distinctions Between Millionaires and the Middle Class" or "Four Hour Work Week" as I can't check 'em out forever...

I'm really big on building my own library of business books. I refer back to them frequently and always adding new books on my list to buy. They are all just too valuable to me, I need easy access to them.

I'm always looking for recommendations. Any one favorite book that stands out to anyone that they would highly recommend?

Glad to see for once i'm winning over my wife! We all seem (so far) to buy our books for the same reasons. I like being able to reference them and there still is the pride thing in having a library of books that i've actually read.
