Learn from experience my dear friend.

Pick a niche you want to build in - decide how you want your site to look like. Then use your number one resource - google - to figure out the rest. If you get stumped ask questions. If you got discipline you should learn a lot faster this way.

You can learn a lot by doing the 30 day challenge. Used to be free, not sure now though.

If you have itunes, Stanford university has a lot of lecture free on itunes. I listen to them while reading stuff up online, specially a lot of their lectures on managements and brand marketing etc

Mk thats very helpful thank you. Right now i am paying someone to develop a site. i can control the content, ads, thats all easy. My thing is if it begins to take off, i want to be prepared, and i do not want the developer trying to smash me on prices. When using google its tough though, there is alot to learn, it can kind of give you the run around.

I have to decide on what i want to do correct? My site is being developed in Php, do i still have to learn html, i am good with computers but do not know any programming ? thanx alot everyone
