Any ATM Business Owners?

I'm working on a cash controls project for an entertainment venue
and part of the revenue stream is the ATM's.

All the owners of ATM businesses I know either
- fill the machines themselves
or
- outsource the filling to an external company.

In this case, however, the people filling the machines will be employees of the entertainment venue.

Are there any business owners here in the same boat?
If yes, can I pick your brain?

No one (here or elsewhere)
had a great answer to this
so what I ended up reco'ing was
that the daytime manager (who would fill the machine)
have the manager's code and the combination
and
a separate individual (mgmt or finance)
have the key.

To access the cash (to refill it),
you need both the combo and the key.

All else fails,
go to two person controls.

I own a convenience store and have an ATM. The two person method is good.

Insurance is also good. Video cameras help :-)
