Hi Everyone! I have no experience in the writing arena...but have just recently started writing a book (fiction). I truly find it an escape/hobby that I am enjoying more than I know! I'd like to know if anyone here is a "professional" writer/author... I've been told that I need to start with all my character descriptions then create an outline for my book...so that's what I'm currently doing. What are you all up to??

Hey everyone,

Just testing some of the new forum features. I wanted to see what a group message looked like. Hopefully when I hit "Post Message" I will get my answer

Thanks to The Fastlane I am now pulling off the back-burner an idea I had for a book about two or three years ago. "Authors and Writers" is the only group I have joined at this point - be nice to me!!!

I hope to learn a lot and be able to help others here as well.
