I'll be investing in Aurora and Thornton (Denver Suburbs) very soon.

Some very interesting tidbits about this area.
-Current Vacancy 6%
-Rents $900-1000/mo
-House value 70k-200k
-Aurora will have the largest medical campus in the world complete in 2011.
-Light rail to be extended to Aurora by 2016.
-5th hardest hit foreclosure spot in the nation.
