Default New Kid on the Block
My name is Mike and I currently live in San Diego. My family and I moved from Vancouver, Canada in 1993 to California when everyone else was making an exodus to other states. Following Warren Buffet's advice on "buying when everyone is selling" I was able to take advantage of the slowing real estate market by purchasing several properties. Over the past years my family and I have been rewarded financially on our investments.

My goal has always been and will be real estate investments but the door is always open to other opportunities that make business sense.

I would like to thank my newphew George for introducing me to this website. It truly feels like a comfort zone.

I welcome your thoughts and feedback.

Hello there uncle Mike!
Guys, Mike happens to be my uncle and George (GHVan) is my cousin, they're both real estate investors and are extremely good at what they do, and I'm really glad to have them both here as I'm sure they'll be very helpful to the forum and provide helpful information about their field as they're both very knowledgeable and highly experienced.
