Hello Everyone!

After reading the author's profile, MJ and having a good laugh at such great humour, I decided to join this forum, because I particularily felt identified to much of his story - especially the e-business part.

Several years ago I built a house in Mexico and started renting it out to help my path to freedom.
Then I came across a need that many renters that spoke French were having a hard time finding French websites in order to find rental units in Mexico. And this is when I had the idea of creating my own website.

It allows rental owners to post their ads themselves, for free (I was tired of websites that charge a fortune, so made mine free to help others), in English, French and Spanish. And if they need help with translation, could do it for a very minimal fee. I even set it up so renters can post their 'request' as a wanted ad. And when the need matches with the ad posted, both parties get alerted. So it saves time for everyone.

Then after having chosen the name RentingInternational.com I got an inquiry from a car rental company asking if they too could post their ad, and that's when I realized I could help anybody with any rental-type, not just real estate post their ads-worldwide.

From there, another need arised which was that rental owners need to 'buy' in order to continue their businesses.

For example, a car manufacturer sells the cars to the distributor, who then rents them out to renters.

Eventually I would like this project to grow so that it pays for charity projects I want to start. Such as teaching kids in school about money, something the school system doesn't provide. I want to sponsor children, as I have seen a lot of poverty in many countries and much more.

As MJ says you should have a partner or do it yourself. I did indeed lose a few years with developers that were inexperienced. So I'm asking for help....to gain back some time. If you could please have a look at my site and let me know what you think, any tips to market it, or how I could improve it, I would be most appreciative!

Thank you for helping me help others!

Kind regards,
Claudia

Welcome to the fast lane Claudia. I wish you well on your venture. Normally you have to contribute some things you have learned and built up some reputation before specifically mentioning your website. This helps keep our forum free of spammers. To do otherwise invites spam reports from our forum members.
