Russ,
I understand your reasoning for editing.maybe it was the best thing. But; just to be clear on my end I will always stand up for two things on this forum. #1- If someone is giving bad advice I WILL point it out and #2 bullies. I can't stand them and never will. If someone is getting picked on I will stand up for them.
I just wanted to be clear that was my intention and to stick up for someone.
Thank you,
M&T...

Hi Russ!
If you where to find 24 multi millionaire members for a 5 star luxury hotel resort. How would you go about doing it? I mean, what would you do in order to find these people in the first place and how would you sell the idea to them (by the way, the place sells itself to be honest. Think about big green gardens, well taken care of resort, the property looks like the Temple of God, really. It is that good)?
I am looking at such a project right now, but I can't pull it of because I don't know how I should sell it to these people or even how I should go about finding these people. I am aiming primarily at american multi millionaires with a networth of at least $50 Million.
The luxury hotel resort I am looking at purchasing will cost $30 Million and I want to secure members on paper before actually going out there putting up a down-payment and having financing arranged (the member contracts will also work as an assurance to the bank that this will be a good project from a financial standpoint. The member contracts could also be used as collateral and the bank would then rely on the credit worthiness of these multi millionaires instead of mine. A great assurance for me to be honest).
I think you have a great sense of financing and you also mentioned (if I am not mistaken) that you had worked with high networth individuals before. So I would really value your input if you are interested.
Thanks in advance.
