Green
We had a growth coach speak at our last REI meeting. He gave us all a green rubber band to wear on our wrist. The GREEN was an acronym he shared with us:
Give thanks Resist stinkin thinkin - pop yourself with the band to refocus if you need it. Exit the office-get out and meet people Engage hearts-help others Never stop believing in yourself I've had my band on since the meeting and it is a good mind centering exercise.  |
