A new suggestion... a way to PM some of the mods/millionaires on here. I understand that some of you have it on block so you don't get a million PMs stating "here's my idea, help me sell it" or "hey MJ I'm in the PHX area can you take me for a ride in the Lambo!". Not sure if there's a filter you can put on them to automatically block any PM's with off the wall "business ideas".

I wanted to PM a couple of ppl that I touched a nerve with on another thread to apologize(and not take the thread any further off topic) and couldn't, last thing I need is to leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth on here and lose the opportunity to gain insight from all of the go-getters and true fastlaners that I know are here to help ppl like me get my feet off the ground!

I'm sure you really didn't (and may not still) see how insidious your words were. They reveal a great deal about you, and that's why we pointed them out.

In business as well as personal encounters, people will judge you on your words and your actions.

Choosing inaction is still a choice.

In my experience, criticizing others for their efforts while at the same time stating you will do nothing to help change what you critique will be received with a generous amount of disdain and lack of respect, in most circles (not just here).

BTW, I don't think any of us want to change you.

We just want to hold up a mirror to your words, so you can see them as we do.

If there are others on these forums who you want to apologize to, post a public apology in the Off Topic section.

Put their names in the topic, so they can see it.

This already exists ... hit the Forum and on the top right it says "Search this Forum" ... enter "Traffic" ... I did this and came up with many hits.

i always use the 'new post' link on forums and this forum shows a lot of the news threads from the feeds and i find that spammy in a way.

Yes, because I changed the settings, everything hit at once. Its temporary. As time progresses, it should normalize to just a few postings every few hours. It needs time to space itself out.

How about an active investment section. Where people could get in on a fastlane REIT or something to that nature. Doesn't have to be real estate; could also be stocks or gold. Anything that people could join as a whole community and have leverage working on our side.

The RSS feed updates new threads only, not new postings in existing threads. This is why it might appear not to be working.

this may be more trouble than it is worth. That being said, there are some of us here who give rep without stating so in the thread. When I get this, it would be nice to be able to respond back directly to that person from the 'view speed rep' page to say thanks.

I know I could send them a pm, but some do not recieve them, and this would also make things simpler

I was trying to attach a file and I got a message saying I had exceeded my quota... Any way to increase it a little bit? 1Mb is not that much, although I do understand that could use too much space. Maybe just added quota for mods? (yeah, it is good to be a mod, I know
