This is a call to request testimonials from folks who care to give one ... there are many scattered about the site and I am hoping to have this as a central place for them.
I understand that until the book is out, that these won't be too commonplace -- however I know a lot of you have mentioned that this forum alone, has changed your life. This is the kind of things I'd like to hear as it makes promotion a whole lot easier. It could be about my postings, this forum, and/or the other great contributors on this forum. If you can, be specific! (I own 2 businesses now that generate $xxxx a month!) If you can't, that is fine too. Thanks, MJ PS: If you write a testimonial here, you grant me permission to use it in promotion with your first name and initials.

Since I have joined this forum, I have gained the confidence to proceed with two successful house flips, and one purchase. I doubled my net worth this year, I plan to triple it next year. My view on how to accumulate wealth has changed dramatically because of the interactions with other people in this venue. What other place can you converse daily with like minded folks and self made millionaires who genuinely care about your progress?

Thanks to the Fastlane I have learned ideas and strategies that will will soon make my dreams of being a multi-millionaire reality.
That wasn't meant to be corny, I really do appreciate everyone here. And I haven't yet but the money will be coming in this month from some of the advertising ideas I've got on here. I'm expecting 40-60k this month in new business. |

As an business student currently working on my BBA in accounting; I feel like this forum and the strategies discussed supplements the theoretical aspects of my education. I have a love of entreprenurialism and the markets and I feel that the strategies learned through this community will better help those people who are determined to succeed in the long run.

Before coming to this forum I was an avid video gamer, a father of 4, a foreclosure statistic and an aimless hard worker with no direction. Now I've given up the gaming community to make a difference in my life and my family's. I've learned to take the downsides of life to reinforce my own personal MBA in real world success. Here I meet and converse with people of integrity I can admire and respect daily. Here I've learned how to take my dreams and focus them into goals. I came here with a passion to learn; I remain with a purpose to succeed. I would have to say the first and greatest reason for being here is right in MJ's success story. It was the first post I read and never looked back. I'm definitely looking forward to the book!

(I'd like to hold off on this until I really get something to write about, but even without any results yet, this forum has been worth every second I've spent here.)
I've been on the Fastlane since it's inception a little over a year ago. Since then, not only have I learned more about real estate and the world of business than I ever could have imagined, but I've learned what is necessary to really succeed. I've learned how to plan and set goals, and I've learned the mindset required to become wealthy. In addition, I've come to the conclusion that there really is a better way to live and enjoy life -- and to enrich the lives of others. My time spent here has been worth every moment of my time -- even when I consider how much my time is really worth. Thanks, MJ. ![]() Ryan G., NJ |

If you had told me a year ago that one of my greatest resources – for business support and feedback – would be an online forum, I would have said you were insane - but it is true! TheFastlanetoMillions.com is a place where successful investors/entrepreneurs freely exchange ideas about how to start, improve and grow any type of business. My company owns over 40 single family homes and I am learning new ways to better my business and my life, as a whole, nearly every time I logon to the Fastlane. In a world where it can often be difficult to find other like-minded people, it seems a new one arrives every day in the Fastlane!
***By the way, MJ, does this mean we are about to get a lesson in online advertising? I sure hope so!

Thanks to the forum!
This is a great place to get motivated! Many success stories make me believe that I can be one of them. I was not certain what I will be doing and how I will achieve my goals. I was hit hard by members in this forum. Now I am taking the action! It makes me believe that everything is possible, only if you make it possible! This forum is pretty much the only forum I visited everyday. None of others help me move on! This one does! Thank you MJ! |

Since joining the fastlane forum my eyes have been opened wider than ever to the possibilities of what's out there. Now knowing and meeting other successful entrepreneurs and investors I have gained insight and knowledge that anyone (even an avg Joe like me) can reach the fastlane.
Since joining I have learned from folks just like me and multi millionaires who are successful in many different categories. I have learned how to put a plan together, network, market, dream, focus, and get moving on my path to freedom. At this point I have started a couple of different websites. One is making about $1K per month as the others are in their infancy. Plans for the future look bright. Best of all is I've finally met people who still know how to dream and people who've been kind enough to pass on their wisdoms as they've already achieved many of their goals and dreams. Sorry long winded. Love this place. Joe Collinsworth Ohio |

I joined the Fastlane in August 2007. I had already gotten into rental real estate. I had already made the mental transition from being an employee to a business owner and investor. My time horizon for the maturity of my investing was 15 years. That meant that I was planning to work for 15 more years at my job before using the investments to support my lifestyle. Joining the Fastlane changed that timeline. The members of the forum showed me how I could accelerate my plans and have my investments support me in a much shorter period of time. Since I have joined I have increased my investments and cashflow. I have quit my job and am now working on web page development.
Joining the Fastlane exposes you to new terms such as “wealth accelerators” and “You gotta have a PLAN.” In the Fastlane you explore the true meanings of fear and risk. The members of the forum are great about pushing you, with respect, to think bigger than you could ever imagine. It’s a place to hang to get a pat on the back for a job well done. It’s a place to go to when you need to get a motivational kick. It’s a place to celebrate victories and learn from mistakes. I am grateful for having crossed paths with MJ and the members of the forum. Greg B. |

LOL funny Russ.
I'm reserving my spot. When I figure out the best way to state that ("this is the single BEST online entrepreneur resource anywhere on the web"!!! PERIOD. - MJ ) I'll be recapping and updating. There's just so many great things to say about this place and everyone here. So for now... If it wasn't for the Fastlane, I'd still be looking at a pencil pushing future, living a life of frugality with suppressed dreams, and dreading rolling out of bed every single day. Thanks to the creator and the Fastlane community, my mind, life, and doors have opened up like I never could have imagined! I'm on track to leave my J-O-B lifestyle in the dust, speeding off into the sunset with exuberance and abundance! Thanks Mike and Fastlane! Friggin Life Changing!

This forum basically set me free.
While I'm not financially free (yet), I'm in control of my future, my time and my life. I met awesome people, I remembered my real dreams and what I expected from life and now I'm after that, without fear just pure excitement. This community just changed my life. I have learned so much that its hard to explain in a testimonial format! Thanks MJ and thank you to all the fastlaners! ![]()

When I searched the term "Millionaire Forum" on the internet, I had no idea where I would end up. The first result was thefastlanetomillions.com! I could not be happier that fate brought me here. Even though I was one of the newest and youngest members on the board, I was welcomed to The Fastlane forum with open arms and ears. Since joining the forum, I have been able to give, receive, and utilize mass amounts of valuable information. I am 18 years old, I own a non-profit organization, 15+ online domain names, and an eCommerce website. The cash from my current job and my websites totals over $2,500 per month. I am saving this to invest in commercial real estate and multi-family properties. I am scheduled to retire by the age of 30 years old thanks to the Fastlane. The Fastlane is an amazing place for everyone. From the seasoned investor, to the budding entrepreneur. There is always something to be learned and to be taught. Thank you so much MJ for creating this community for us.
Very truly yours, G. Alexander |

Wow!!! Thanks folks!! I'm inspired!! The book doesn't yet exist, and we already have folks who feel this place has made a difference. I can't tell you how much that makes me happy, beyond any level of money or income. I've gotta get my sorry butt writing!
This warrants my favorite icon of all time!! ![]()

^ LOLz, I'm still writing mine too, but I've sold a few copies. Anyway...
The Fastlane to Millions mentality is a refreshing perspective on growing wealth in time to enjoy it. I am so tired of the traditional advice of working hard and saving gradually. This slowlane approach was not working for me. MJ helped me realize what was possible, and I am "accelerating" faster than I could have imagined. My business is expanding, I am about to publish a book, and my net worth is growing every day. I hate to imagine where I would be today without The Fastlane to Millions.

Since I've joined I have been reading around on the site quite religiously. I used to frequent quite a few forums especially a few dealing with finances and other odds and ends and this is the one I had been looking for personally. Every other forum had their rich people on there but most weren't willing/didn't care to give advice on how they got where they are today or their story and the ones that did mostly just suggest you save in your 401k, IRAs, all the slowlane way. This site offers great insight and sparks motivation with encouraging members unlike the rest of the forums I now no longer visit. I've already recommended my friends to check it out and help change their future.
