11 days left in 2009. 2010 could be your best year yet. What would be your resolutions for the new year?

Mine:
Increase my passive income 200%
Get back on a regular workout schedule
Get rid of more clutter
Automate more small stuff in my life
Spend more time enjoying life
Read two books a month

Yours?

I’ve had thousands of problems in my life, most of which never actually happened. Mark Twain

Get my first RE deal.
Get at least 3 more by the end of 2010.
Net at least $60,000 from those 4 deals (combined).

I want to have $100k in the bank after my real estate wheeling and dealing.

I like even numbers, once I have $100k I'll start working on $1m. I'd really like my company to have $1m in assets before I'm 30. Than I can technicaly say I'm a millionaire.

Start working out more often.

Learn more as a jeweler and be a better employee.

Finally get starting on something online instead of thinking about it.

Reach my first goal of 1k a month online.

OOOHHHH! THAT is B&P thinking, you better get your tickets!!!

1. Continue to thank God everyday for what I have been blessed with.
2. Do at least one thing daily to get me closer to my goals.
3. Learn at least one new thing each and every day.

Health:
Eat better and drink more water.
Engage in 1 physical activity daily - could be anything.

Family:
Spend 2 days a week doing only family things (this year had been one).

Business:
Continue to increase number of streams of income.
Develop my affiliate marketing skills to be able to reduce the amount of time I need to do self employment work for income.

Financial:
Increase monthly income to at least $5000/month
Shelter my income for tax purposes

And just for fun. Win the Lottery.

Great enthusiasm everyone, but I am going to stop you all right there. Your goals are not definite and exact with timetables. I'm going to eat better is not a goal. I'm going to lose weight is not a goal. I will lose 15 pounds by March 15th is a goal. I strongly recommend you all go back and fix your goals. Do you want to be a true action taker? Then make your goals count this year. Don't make them empty and hollow.

-I will mail out 50 probate leads per month starting Jan 1st.
-I will sell 6 houses this year netting 15k average per house.
-I will sell my first probate house by Feb 28th.
-I will rent out my current home and a buy a 3 bedroom 2 back 1500+ sq foot ranch home with a 2 car garage in a neighborhood 2 miles to the south of me by June of this year.
-I will officially be off the market June 5th this year.

Good point Bilge. I really meant for this to be a little more light-hearted, maybe just getting the wheels turning to make these a solid goal. You are right on though, goals have to be more specific and have a deadline to have them function for you. I'll take the input any way it comes. Thanks Bilge.
