10:00 Steve O and MJ lead a guided tour of the seamy side of Phx. RSVP
I'm in. This is how I am choosing to spend the spring break of my senior college year, so definitely looking to explore the fun side of PHX.

Bump.

Note the updates to first post in this thread.

If you haven't registered yet, you need to do this, AND--reserve your hotel room ASAP!!!

This weekend is pretty much sold out at all of the other nearby hotels.

We still have a few rooms left-- but they will be released, very soon.

Runum-

Yes, you will note that you (and anyone else who has gone to the registration link and submitted their credit card info) are now listed as "registered" in the first post of this thread.

We have 18 confirmed so far. Nine others have indicated they want to attend, but have not registered.

I will continue to update the first post in this thread as any new info comes in.

Russ:

I just PM'd all of the remaining hanger-ons (except LaurenO) to remind them to get the reservations to you.

Thanks again for handling all of this!

Hey Russ, will there be a power point projector available in the meeting room?

Yes. I'll ask SteveO or any of the other Phx locals if they have one.

If not, I can bring one.

You gotta bring your own laptop and powerpoint, though!

For any of you Phoenix locals ~

Is the Indigo close to the Beer & Pancake venue? I was wanting to use some of my many (million+!!) hotel points. Days Inn is not one of the 5 property chains whose loyalty program I'm a member of. It looks on the map as though it is fairly close. But access can be more tricky sometimes than mapquest makes it look!

Or is there a Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, Hyatt or some other Priority Club property closer by?

I think I'm going to come on out and meet you guys, even though my hubby is busy that weekend.

I could be nuts, but I think the Indigo is the place we stayed two years ago.
It's right across from Rich Dad's office in Scotsdale, on Civic Center Plaza.
Maybe a 5 minute drive from Fashion Square, if I remember correctly.

Update:
Yep, I'm right. About 200 yards from RD headquarters.
Less than 1/2 mile to Fashion Square.

Yep, that's the one.

If we'd only known, Jill could have been a Major Sponsor.
But no...she's gotta be greedy!
(Probably waiting until she builds up a Jillion points first.)

Yikes! That would be good to know before I make my rez. Indigo is a fairly new chain, though. So unless it was previously owned by someone else, I'm surprised they'd be renovating it already. If anyone knows, please let me know!

Hmm, I'm thinking the South of France maybe . . .
