I don't think I understand the point of this thread. I also don't think I believe you are 7 years old.

I have come across a couple of scams on Craigslist (go figure). What you posted smells spammy to me. If this guy is so hot to trot like he says, he should: A. have no problem securing financing/hard money for under $50k, B. probably wouldn't be advertising on Craigslist, C. wouldn't have an 800 number, D. wouldn't need to "buy" new partners by giving them $1k. ...Your spidey sense should be tingling big time.

Haha yeah I don't know too many assistant principles who have 800 numbers.
