Family Fights Foreclosure & Wins

This is a story about a couple who fought foreclosure based on the fact that the loan they were pressured into signing in the closing room was not the loan that the sleezy mortgage broker had promised them.

Man, I couldn't tell you how many times I've gotten to the closing room and found that the loan was not as it was pitched to me. If this is going to reverse foreclosures, then about 50% of people should be able to use this as precident I would think:

I see your point but I think in the end people (read responsible adults) should be responsible for reading and understanding the contracts they sign, otherwise there isn't much point in signing the contract in the first place.
