The best way to secure your OWN independence is to learn how to CREATE YOUR OWN ECONOMY.

When you learn how to make "money on demand" you'll never have to worry about losing a job and never have to worry about having enough money to last until next payday.

When you create your own economy, you won't need to worry if Social Security will be available when you retire or if your pension will be enough. Your money worries will go away so you can live the boss free life you dream of.

Want to learn how?

Listen to the one hour audio at the link below by Lonnie Scruggs about how to create your own economy by buying old mobile homes then selling for 3-4 times more with seller financing.

Thanks for the link Jackie,

I do appreciate what you have done for this forum.
I can also see that you enjoy being here.

We have created something special here - and the forum police "getting bent out of shape" is a part of that process.

We would appreciate a respectful tone.
After all, we have treated you with respect.
It is a two way street.

On to the Lonnie Deal - I'm sure it is very interesting. I look forward to checking it out. We are in the mobile home biz - so we are always looking for additional info! Seems to me that a lot of problems are solved by selling on owner financing (as an alternative to simply owning and renting out)

Thanks for the link Jackie. I look forward to checking it out.

Also, thanks for checking it out with MJ before posting it. As has been mentioned the forum police is what has made the forum what it is today. If we allowed the spam to run rampant your link to your video would be just one of the crowd and would not get much quality attention.

If you don't believe me try posting your link over at the RD forums and see what kind of response you get.

We prefer quality over quantity over here. That's why I believe you fit right in here.

Sorry, Jackie-- I wanted to give you REP speed for this, but I've given you so much for other posts the system wants me to spread the love around a bit.

I'll see if I can get back to rep you for this a bit later.
