Sales of existing homes fell in October and prices continued to decline as potential buyers remain sidelined by the weak economy, according to a real estate group's report issued Monday.

Seeing it first hand. Prices in my area have tanked as fast as the market's. Its a vertical decline!

I would think that its interesting, except for the little thing about it costing me $30k-$40k.

Luckly deal 2 has this built in. But it happend to fast and deal 1 got nailed. Such is life.
